Just so I'm not creating future problems... reset chmod on the following to get it all to build...

backup (drwxrwxrwx)
data (drwxrwxrwx)
hits (drwxrwxrwx)
rates (drwxrwxrwx)
index.count (rwxrwxrwx)

Is this correct?
