Yeah, I am also experiencing the same problem. What is happening is once you done a build all, the following builds will cause the name of the link to disappare from the links area. To duplicate this, follow the testing instructions within the readme file, do a build all. Once thats done, do the build all couple of more times and you will see the link is missing from the links section. I noticed this problem because I was testing as instructed, and started to change the template html files and noticed the links missing from the final html pages.
