Hi,

So the first thing that sticks out if that you are not using DKIM. Are you self hosted, or managed? If managed, just ask your host to set this up for you

It also says you are in a blacklist:

I would try and get removed from that - as that certainly won't be helping you case.

Maybe try those 2 things out first, and then see what it does to your score (and see if your mails are getting through)
