Exporting is the easy part (the passwords may be inaccessible though, if you are using GComm, and don't have clear password storage enabled... as the encoding if one way, for security). Getting it into other software, that would be the fun bit. Unless they have some way to import custom CSV files for example, they would probably need a custom import script. Sorry I can't be much more help!
