These were missing from the original 1.2.1 release; if you download the currently available version and perform an "upgrade" of your current version, you'll get the new copy. No templates or database information will be affected by such a procedure.

I've also attached a .tar.gz file containing the icons to this post, should you prefer to manually upload the files.
