build giving error for file that doesn't exist
The web server where these links reside has had a domain change, but none of the categories or links reflect the new domain. When I try to do a build to re-create the links (after editing the links.cfg) I get the following error message:

Can't remove hit file: 'e:/www/mlc2/cgi-bin/docs_online/admin/data/hits/38'. Reason: Permission denied

I have tried giving full permissions to all users for this directory, and I tried deleting the '38' file, but when I try the build, I get the same error message, and none of the links are rebuilt.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
