I think that the feature of editing templates online is great. It's fast and secure and with the restore concept it's unbeatable.
However, I kinda like to have backups so I have duplicated my gforum on my local PC (Win98se). I will eventually get my win98/apache system put back together and that may eliminate some of by backup concerns and have other benefits as well.
But, back on topic. I think that I used to have one, or maybe you can recommend one, a text editor that would do a search and replace on multiple files. Right now, I don't know how many cgi files are involved. Not that it makes a difference how many there are, just knowing which they are.
I'll pend the thought for right now.
Thanks for your response.
Have a nice day!
