No, and the main reason is that we feel it is too much information. For instance, I don't mind if people see that I'm reading a forum, or writing a post, but I don't want people to be able to see which forum or category. Doing this would also entail adding a new user option on whether or not the detailed location information shows up.

In any event, I've added it to the list of possible future version additions.
