This is odd... that username2 doesn't show up when initially calling http://www.tradermail.com/user/login.cgi, only on the auth_error. But the form is coming from the same include!
For those SCALAR errors, I took the compose template from the "simple" template and put it in "default." Is there some reference to the simple template that I'm not catching? Otherwise, those are the same includes all the other pages are using, which are working...
