I have six hundred users that have no password Question and three thousand that have.
I have email address UNIQUE, so they are always forced to give their passwords and email address. Plus I added the password option as optional and this has de-activated the Password via email option entirely. Which was indeed a terrible surprise. If this was needed, you could have atleast informed by a line in the admin.
It should have seen the possibility of only password by email option, password answer or both.
I cannot afford to wait and that anoys me a lot that you have programmed it in this way and do not even care to tell your liscenced users not to change the password option / Email option at a later date.
Please tell me soon what to do.
