
It is very easy to IMPORT flat file data into MySQL databases. One suggestion is to use MySQLMan or follow the instructions within the README file of DBMAN SQL to run SQL statements via telnet to import data into appropriate MySQL tables.
I don't know...did you check their TOU (Terms of Use) or TOA (Terms of Agreement) documentation or check out their server information???? If they provide MySQL databases for their users, then yes, you can use DBMAN SQL.
