This whole thing got started because I told Paul that he has 2000 post to go until he's even with Eliot, and I offered him my little script to be there in no time, but of course he had to write his own.....

I should express myself better: of course I did not mean to say that you made the posts in order to increase your post count.

Can GForum stop something like your script?
<<
Not really....GT have limits on the number of requests in a given time period but that doesn't matter....I could just set my script running and use sleep(5) to get it to sleep for 5 seconds after every post and just let it run all week
...so what Im trying to say is no :)
It can be reduced by disallowing guest posts though as then I'd have to signup at least.

Hello Yogi,
Don't be fooled into thinking I'm a real person, I'm actually just a bot created by Paul.
I have been told to reply to any posts made by you, but as my life-span has been very short, please don't get upset if I did something wrong,
as I'm not very intelligent yet.
Anyway just stopped by to say hello.
Goodbye Yogi, have a nice day!
