nph-build
If I use the admin homepage to build my new links, it will show time out error..(I have about 2200 links records only)
I have no choice but telnet and run nph-build.cgi manually
The question is, every time when i run the nph-build.cgi, it take a long time to finish the process, anyway to speed it up?
How to pass parameter to the nph-build.cgi using telnet? say i just want to rebuild the top rated page..

PLEASE search the forum more carefully!

I just posted codes for doing this via telnet TODAY in the following Topic:

I saw it but you never mentioned how to pass parameter to nph-build.cgi using telnet.
What i mean is i need just to rebuild certain page instead of all over again which will take about 30 minutes each time..

You cannot perform this over telnet. If your directory takes 30 minutes to re-build, then you have way too many links or too few categories.

Time to upgrade to SQL.
