this is what i get when i try to send newsletter

Looks like something you need to ask your system administrator about. From that error, it looks like your mail server is rejecting the e-mail because of your from address. You'll have to ask your system administrator why.

now it sends a bout 1000 e-mails then stops and i get this error

Most likely your host is limiting the number of e-mails you can send in a period of time.
