What did I do wrong to lose that icon?
I installed Links SQL 2.11 several times, still the folder-like icon called home in Admin Panel under Browse will not load. I don't know what I did wrong to cause that. I installed Links into cgi-bin/Links/admin and build pages into /htdocs/Links/pages. I had to create links database (an empty database) manually before I could finish install. Does anyone know what is wrong with my install?

Hi, if I point my mouse to that icon, it will show a path to http://server_name/cgi-bin/Links/admin/#. It seems that a good icon also points to this spot. In the place where the folder icon is, there are two or three broken pictures. They look like normal internert pictures that cannot be loaded for some reason. Where is my folder icon? do you have any idea?

Your server is probably configured in such a way that it will not show images that are stored in /cgi-bin/. You should install the images in /html/ (or whatever it's called on your host).

Yogi:

Thanks. You are right about not showing pictures in cgi-bin. I installed Links build pages path to cgi-bin against their installation recommendation. I reinstalled it and made sure that build path is in apache/htdocs directory instead of cgi-bin. My icon is back. Thanks for your help!!!
