Just a small mod cause I wanted to see everyone that has subscribed and be able to delete e-mails on my own if needed.
Make sure to rename the mail.txt to mail.cgi after you download it.

When the administrator is offline new links cannot be added to links, but you might want to show people which new links are waiting for validation. After installing this mod, you will have the file soon.html in the "New" directory, with all links what await validation.
