The plugin instantly installs into the Gossamer Links admin, and adds quite a few new functions to your admin panel. You have full control over how payments are collected. You can choose to validate payments and bids, or have everything automatic. Full logs and histories are easily viewable from the admin.

From the admin, you can get details on all your advertisers including all keywords they are currently bidding on, a history of payments, a log of every click (useful for auditing) and much more!
