Gossamer AutoRespond is an easy to use lead management system. Here's a list of the major features you'll find:
Features
HTML Mail Support
Cut and paste HTML from your favorite editor, or write your own HTML message
using our built in WYSIWYG editor. Gossamer AutoRespond will send out HTML mail,
text only mail, or both!
SQL Backend
Gossamer AutoRespond can be powered by most major database servers like Oracle, SQL 2004, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL or Postgres SQL. It can also use server-specific features like MySQL Full Text Indexing!
Global Stop List
Gossamer AutoRespond supports individual and global stop lists. You can
easily add users to a stop list that will prevent them from ever getting an
email from Gossamer AutoRespond. Users can also "one-click"
subscribe/unsubscribe from any autoresponder.
Automatic Bounce Control
The worst part about any sort of mailing system is managing the bounces. Gossamer AutoRespond automates this by automatically catching any bounced emails and flagging the user as "bounced". It then does not mail to any lead that has bounced.
Import/Export Leads
You can import leads from any tab delimited file. Also you can export all leads to a tab delimited file, or export just a search results (for instance all leads that have bounced)
Tracking URLs
Users can create their own tracking URLs to track the effectiveness of messages. Each tracking URL comes with a unique code, and keeps stats on number of click throughs, and number of unique users.
Optional User Signup
Gossamer AutoRespond can be used either as a service you provide to visitors,
or an internal tool to manage your businesses leads. If you use it as a service
for visitors, there are user management tools to provide signup, lost password
lookup, admin validation and much more.
Double Opt-in Support
You can turn on double opt in support, and all leads will have to validate their email address before being accepted into the system.
Purge Leads
Easily remove old leads, or leads that have bounced or requested to be stopped.
Unlimited Users
There is no built in limit to the number of autoresponders, leads or messages
you can have. We have sites using Gossamer AutoRespond with more then 2.5
million leads!
