timing of chats re: [ZDP] Documentation chat!

Zopistas,
The time and day of chats are decided by guests.
I made this decision for a number of reasons. The primary one is that I
want to do this weekly, with a guest each time. The only way I'm going
to get 52 guests a year, consistently, is to let them pick the times
that they talk.
I'm thinking that next week should be a guest from outside Digital
Creations. I've got some ideas, but I want to "hear yours first",
