Problem with browser:resourceDirectory in Zope-2.13.0 (final): ComponentLookupError

Hi,
I have a problem with using browser:resourceDirectory in ZCML with the latest Zope-2.13.0 (final) from 05-11-2010.
URLs which were still working with 2.13.0a2 now cause the following error:
http://localhost:8080/++resource++zms_/jquery/plugin/jquery.plugin.js
