Error when trying pack database

Error when trying pack database

Hi all,
I'm trying to pack the main database ( MySQL with Relstorage ) when I hit
"Pack" button is showed the error 500 below

An error was encountered while publishing this resource.

Error Type: IntegrityError

Error Value: (1062, "Duplicate entry '251983055306698820-6697-172041' for
key 1")
-------------

Is there some way to fix it? do anyone know that?

Could you look in your Zope log, get the full traceback, and post it?
Otherwise, there isn't much information to go on. Also, please post the
basics: operating system, MySQL version, Zope version, RelStorage version.
