How to I set a variable to forever ?

Hello !
I want to use a thing like "nonstopped", forever existing cookie.
My site has two languages.
When the user change the language, I must
change it forever.
I must store this value, example in cookie, and when
he/she is return, I get back to his/her choosen language.
But in Zope how to I create a cookie with no time limit ???
