Ugh. This one is busted because it expects the discriminator for view
registrations to match what zope.component's trunk does: the 'layer' is
now tracked as part of the "requires" element of the discriminator,
rather than being tacked onto the end.

Once zope.component 4.0.0 is released, the test should start passing again.

This is an oddball: looks like a race condition in zope.testing's
deprecated (now removed) layer support tests.

I expect that yesterday's release of zope.component 4.0.0 will fix this
failure: that release changes the discriminator for the 'view'
directive, making it structurally similar to the corresopnding double
adapter. In particular, the request type ("layer') used to be tacked on
to the end of the discriminator; it now gets passed as part of the
"requires" tuble (which is where it will actually be looked up).
