how to add SOAP APIs in zope 3

I recommend using an established SOAP server. You should be able to
use application code that works with Zope3/ZTK/whatever with any server
framework. If not, then you have another problem. :)

We have used http://pypi.python.org/pypi/rpclib (v2.5) for a project.
Perhaps it works for you too.
