Hg mirror available

This is a first attempt to build an Mercurial mirror :

Hg (only trunk for each package) 440mo

Improvments
-------------------
- mapping of svn user / full name & email (hg convention)
- a description for each project

What do you think?

Hope this help everybody to understand the benefits of DVCS and
leverage facility to submit a patch.
