zope 3 component binaries for Python 2.5 on Windows

Hey Guys,

So, we now have all the Zope 3 components and RestrictedPython working
on Python 2.5.

Where do I go to get windows binaries installers or similar for these?
(ie: the C-components)

If they don't exist yet, how do we go about getting them to exist?

cheers,

Chris

Well, what I did for Zope 2 was to use Tareks buildout for Windows
package. It's for Python 2.4, but in the same directory as the 2.4
buildout installer, there are files that are named python2.5.1-win32*,
so they should be worth a try.

See: http://release.ingeniweb.com/third-party-dist/
and: http://tarekziade.wordpress.com/2008/01/20/an-installer-for-a-buildout-ready-windows/

This sounds hackish to me :-S

I guess my question should have been:

When are we going to offer "official" Python 2.5 Windows binaries for
the Zope CA packages?

How are they to be built?

I'm up for doing the work if people can tell me what I need to do...
