Problems with Stored Procedures or Egenix mxODBXZope DA on Plone 3

Hi,
Has any one had any problems using stored procedures with egenix's
mxODBCZope DA? We started testing yesterday, and while regular ZSQL
methods don't present any problems, calls to stored procedures return
the following error:
Exception Type OperationalError
Exception Value ('HY000', 2014, "[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Commands
out of sync; you can't run this command now", 1199)

The configuration is:
Plone 3.0 beta3
Windows 32
MySQL 5.1.18
MySQL DB adaptor 3.51
Egenix mxODBCZopeDA 1.0.10
Haven't had any problems with the same set up on Plone 2.5.2
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
