Registering CMF Content Types in ZCML

The CMF 2.1 change logs indicate it's possible to register content in
ZCML but I'm not having any luck finding any examples or documentation.
I know I've seen it in use in the wild before but I can't remember where
that was. Any help would be great, thanks!
