XenCenter: Deleting VM's

When using XenCenter 6.0.2 to manage XenServer 6.0.201 nodes I've noticed that XC does NOT delete .vhd files when deleting VM's even though the dialog box warns that "The virtual disks and snapshots below will be deleted..." and now I'm left with several .vdi files that have been orphaned on the NFS VHD SR.

Can I safely delete these from the CLI? i.e., /bin/rm <uuid>.vdi

This list is for users of the Open Source version of Xen. For questions
about commercial products using Xen you should contact the appropriate
support organisation. In this case that would mean either your XenServer
support rep or using the XenServer forums at
http://forums.citrix.com/category.jspa?categoryID=101.

Cheers,
Ian.
