VM performance counters

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a way to get performance counters per VM, like perf does for the kernel. At least I should be able to get the instruction and memory access count (or IPC/MPC).
I've looked in the sched_credit.c source for any pointers, and indeed it mentions something called a 'runq dump', yet I've got no idea what that might be.
If possible, I'd like to access this in dom0 without any modifications to Xen and/or the kernel -- I'm not very familiar with patching let alone modifying low level code by myself.

Any help would be appreciated,
Wannes
