inet-RPC\|VM import R:a751be4ef9e3\|import] lookup for parent = 'OpaqueRef:NULL'

Hello,

For some reason I can't import locally exported VM templates on XCP 1.1
or XenServer 6 (s. attached files).
There is no output from "xe vm-import ..." CLI command.

What do I miss? Thank you in advance for any hints.
