Pre-commit hooks are back!

Pre-commit hooks are back!

Hi everyone,

I've just rewritten our pre-commit hooks today (/trunk/tools/subversion/hooks)
and deployed them to the MediaWiki repository. The following rules are in place:
* No empty commit summaries
* Lint test for all php files
* No committing as root

If anyone has any problems with the new hooks, let me know :)

Are there any instructions somewhere to disable them easily? Just in
case of trouble.

The svn book explains it. I think it was just
chmod -x hook_file
