Beach party

The schedule says the beach party tomorrow starts at 19:30, and shuttles
will leave for the beach from the venue just before it starts...

But it also says "entry to the water is allowed until 18:00". What?

The lifeguard is leaving ar 1800. You can enter the water afterwards only at your own risk.

"At your own risk" sounds fine ;)

Or will an early shuttle take those of us who want to swim there before 6pm?

An early shuttle will leave the venue at 17:15 and go directly to the beach.

This will allow about 30 minutes while the beach is open so everybody who
wish to enter the water - Bring your bathing suit with you and go directly
from the venue.

Is there only one shuttle leaving for the beach party from the venue, or
several at different times ?

I must say I am not terribly excited with the idea of going to a beach
party with all my gear and in particular laptop, but droping it at the
hotel would require a little break to do so. And a shuttle leaving at
17h15 does not permit this. Any clarification ? :)

There will also be shuttles leaving from the hotels later (more details are
in the shuttle schedule in the mini conf guide).
