public wikimania bid meeting -- change in time

Hi all,

The public Wikimania bid meeting time has been changed to accommodate
the majority of bidders and jury members. The new time is:

* Sunday, March 29th, 19:00 UTC (next weekend)
Which is:
* Frankfurt: Sun 20:00
* Boston: Sun 15:00
* San Francisco: Sun 12:00
More cities: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html

The meeting is a chance for the Wikimania bid jury and the public to
ask questions of the bidders.

The meeting will be held in IRC on the Freenode network, channel #wikimania.

The meeting will be moderated and the jurors will have first chance to
ask questions. Bidding cities will have the chance to make a short
presentation about their city. Followup questions can be asked and
answered on the bid talk pages.

If you wish to ask a question but can't make the meeting, please leave
it on the talk page of the relevant bid:

and we will get to it as there is time. Logs of the meeting will be published.

Please note that on March 29, Summer time arrives in Europe. That
means that the actual time in Frankfurt will be 21:00h CEST.

yes, of course -- sorry about that. I was reading the times from a
week earlier ... and that won't work!

The times for the U.S. are correct, but it will be 20:00 in London and
21:00 in Frankfurt.
