Assuming that these accounts didn't do anything other than signup and register, you could easily use the removeUnusedAccounts.php maintenance script. http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:RemoveUnusedAccounts.php If they have made edits, then the Nuke extension is the best way to go.
