When you log on to your local or Wikipedia account you should see 'My preferences' as a link near your username. If you click that and then choose the 'Skins' tab on the resulting page you will see which skin has been selected. That is the skin which is used. Most likely for both your local and Wikipedia skins you are using monobook.
