Sysop doesn't have sysop rights. (Was: images not showing after upgrade)

Alright, I tried to change and add rights in Localsettings.php

Still no joy,
This is from my user page
Username:Henny
User ID:1
Member of groups:Users, Autoconfirmed users, bureaucrat , sysop
(User group rights)
but trying to change anything related to being a sysop I get (user rights page)
