General grumpiness on this list

This saddens me.
On this list an awful lot of the posts seems laden
with petty personal vendattas: "you said x", "no I
never, but you said y", "you obviously don't like p",
"r has twisted my words"... need I go on?
Please, can we try and sort this out? Leave your
personal feelings at the door. Stay professional.
Don't make accusations or speculate about which cannot
be proved.
Be nice to one another :-).
