Multilingual Wikipedia: new overview page at Meta Wiki

Dear fellow Wikipedians,
At Meta Wiki I have created a new page, to overview information
concerning the multilingual aspects of Wikipedia: "Multilingual
Wikipedia".
I hope that it will be useful not only to the language subcommittee,
but also the Wikipedians of smaller Wikipedias and everyone who is
interested in these aspects.
