CAS and Wikipedia -- CAS agrees to help contribute

A press release, via a chemical information list for librarians. All
kudos to the remarkable Martin Walker (user:walkerma) and the
WikiProject Chemistry contributors.

Now *this* is how these things are supposed to happen :)
