certificate support

I don't mean to be bothersome, but can someone tell me any kind of
timeline for certificate support in vpnc? The webpage only said it was
on the TODO list and I'm getting real anxious to be rid of this heap of
junk Cisco client that breaks every time I touch the kernel.

hmm.. currently my time is rather limited..
I wouldn't expect cert. support befor 3 months..
