Hello Seth, from your mail I cannot understand on which topic you are referring to. Some old threads related on authentication on Nortel server reports such error message. This is fully solved by the patch in http://lists.unix-ag.uni-kl.de/pipermail/vpnc-devel/2009-January/002959.html still pending to be committed in svn. Does this answer your mail? If not, please provide link to or subject of the former thread.
