As far as I know, nobody is working on it. I tried to revrese engineer the encapsulation format. The result can be seen in Wireshark. There are some elements in the trailer that I have no idea what they mean. Once we have that information or assume that the missing information might be irrelevant some vollunteer is needed to implement the tcp transport mechanism. I might be able to provide some hints but not much more help due to time constraints.
