cannot configure vncserver 4.1 service-mode on Win Vista Home Premium

When arying to configure vncserver 4.1 service-mode on Win Vista Home Premium, I get the error messeage

"you do not have sufficient access rights to run the vnc configuration applet"

The user has admin proviledges.

What to do?

Have you tried right-clicking the item and picking "run as administrator"?
