Lloyd, As you might imagine, you'll need to contact Norton for support for their product. Please note that we do not recommend use of VNC Free Edition over un-trusted networks - you should either arrange to secure VNC Free Edition sessions with a VPN or equivalent, or use VNC Enterprise or Personal Edition, which have fully integrated session security.
