Norton 2006

Dear All

I have any issue with a PC that is outside my LAN on the Internet (VPN).

They have Norton 2006 installed and I cannot VNC or Windows Remote access into it since I have installed Norton 2006.

Can someone please help.

The Windows Firewall is turned off.

Thanks

RE: Norton 2006 [In reply to]

Lloyd,

As you might imagine, you'll need to contact Norton for support for their
product.

Please note that we do not recommend use of VNC Free Edition over un-trusted
networks - you should either arrange to secure VNC Free Edition sessions
with a VPN or equivalent, or use VNC Enterprise or Personal Edition, which
have fully integrated session security.

Regards,

Wez @ RealVNC Ltd.
