register vnc service failed

Hello,
I am using VNC Enterprise Edition E4.2.5. The server is running on a W2k
machine. Every time I have to reboot the windows server the vnc service
doesn't start. If I try to start the vnc service manually I get the
error message about a timeout. I have googled for this error and found
an advise to unregister the vnc service under start\programme\realvnc. I
unregistered it. But if I want to register the serveice again I get the
error message the service can not be cretaed since the service is marked
as deleted. Because I need the vnc connection urgently I uninstall vnc,
reboot my server and install vnc newly. This is not really the way I
want to work with Real Vnc.

Best regards
