How to cache a page and ignore its cookie?

Good Day!

I am having a problem with my site because I am using cookies for all my pages.
I need to use cookies in order to know if the user has already visited the page in the past so that I would have a meaningful data in my SiteCatalyst.

Is it possible to setup Varnish to ignore the cookie and still cache the pages?

Yes. This is possible. It is covered in the documentation which you should
have read before posting here.
