Reminder to change the default Varnish version in trac bugs from "trunk" to "unknown"

Reminder to change the default Varnish version in trac bugs from "trunk" to "unknown"

Today, the default Varnish version attribute on new trac tickets is
"trunk". Most tickets seen are 3.0 specific issues, but they are still
reported on "trunk" because people forget to set the field. We should maybe
have an "unknown" value by default to make it clear when the reporter
hasn't changed the field.

I've added an "unknown" value to the list and made it the default now.
Sorry about not getting around to this earlier.
