This problem exists with permanent storage only. When there are no enough
space in the storage for new fetched from back-end file, varnish delivers
to client truncated, broken file. Tested for both 3.0.2 and 3.0.3
versions.

In this state storage become totally broken and after few requests varnish
shut down:

Panic message: Assert error in smp_oc_getobj(), storage_persistent_silo.c
line 400:#012
